I live locally, can I collect directly from the studio? 

Yes, by special arrangement email: info@colourshared.co.nz  to request a pick up & you will receive a discount code to use at check out which deducts the shipping cost.  Small orders will generally be ready in 1 business day, from a private collections area at the studio in Herne Bay, Auckland. 

Can I order one card?

We do not post single items, however a pick up option can be arranged for a minimum of two cards.

Where is the information on how to recycle? 

On the website, go to OUR  WORLD > DESIGN  FOR  REUSE > RECYCLE  GUIDE.  Or simply scan the QR code on the inside of the envelope to access the website. 

Can I purchase other colours?

We have other colours on offer.  If there is a particular colour you are looking for we may be able to supply by special arrangement.

Can I order more cards at a discounted rate?

Yes, the price of shipping is deducted for orders over $100.00. For large orders contact the studio by email for a discount code. 

I have a card that I'd love to use again, but the wool ties have been bent.  How could I straighten the wool again?

This can happen easily when the card has been stored with the wool not straight. It can be easily rectified.  Place the card under a couple of heavy books for 24hrs, with the wool straight.  When you place the card back into the envelope, ensure the wool hangs straight.

Can you advise a colour match for a special event? 

Yes.  The studio offers a custom design service to create products that fit your vision,  working with individuals, corporates & businesses.   Ranging from branded note cards, invites, gratitude notes or event place name cards, the handcrafted item adds a stylishly unique & memorable sentiment for special events, valued customers, clients or distinguished guests.  Fill in the contact form at the bottom of the page, we'd love to hear from you.     

Do you have different colour envelopes? 

The warm white colour was chosen as the most aesthetic, allowing the colours to be more distinctive upon opening the envelope.  For larger custom orders we are able to supply other colours at your request.

Do you have different colour wool options?

Currently, the natural colour is the only choice for the wool ties.  It's a versatile colour that compliments all the colours as well as being similar in colour to the note papers and envelope.  The gift pouch wool comes with an option of a natural red plant based colour.  For larger custom orders, we can offer a wide range of beautifully handcrafted, local made,  plant based colours.

I would like to purchase a gift set.  Can you add a special note to the gift?           

Yes.  We would be more than happy to write a brief message on one of the note papers, when you choose the gift to be sent directly to your recipient.  See the gift pouch section for more info.

Where is the best place to add a personalised colour name? 

Our preference is the bottom corner of a note paper, but the card item provides a blank canvas for any form of creativity.

Is the note paper fountain pen friendly?

Depending on the chosen ink.  We do have a supply of French made Clairefontaine Rhodia Triomphe 90gsm brushed vellum paper, [PEFC 10-31-714] suitable for using with fountain pen ink.  Add a note in the instruction field if you prefer that notepaper.
