returns and refunds
We hope you will love & enjoy your colour shared note card set. The returns and exchange policy is applicable to products purchased from the colour shared online store.
Please note, as one of a kind creations, there will be some slight variations in measure. These are not faults, they are a character of the handcrafted process compared to the manufactured.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
- We advise customers to choose products carefully: If you would like any advice on product choice please reach out to us prior to purchasing.
- We do not accept exchanges or refunds for: sale items, gifted items, used product that has been written on or items damaged by the customer. colour shared reserves the right to refuse such returns, and they will be returned to you.
- If you have a change of mind after placing an order, please contact us within 1 business day and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the order has already been sent you will not be eligible for a refund.

For any change of mind purchases, you will be offered an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability however we will always do our best to accommodate you. The cost of shipping the goods back to us will be paid by you as well as $10 handling fee per order. Please allow 7 days for processing the new order. Please notify us with your intention to return a product within 3 business days of receiving your order, and return the product within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please retain your proof of purchase, ensure the item is securely packaged in the original packaging and include the order number and packaging slip. Use the form below to notify us in advance of sending. Thank you.
REFUNDS:
- Refunds are offered if an item is faulty and cannot be replaced.
- All products are checked thoroughly for any faults before delivering to you. In the unlikely event of a faulty item being received we replace the item at our cost. Please email us with photos to info@colourshared.co.nz and we will arrange for a replacement. If it is out of stock we will happily offer a full refund to the original payment method, unless you prefer a store credit.
- If the product has been damaged in transit please take photos and email us within 3 working days of delivery. We will contact NZ Post to resolve any claims. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
