The studio of colour shared  is located in Auckland, New Zealand.  We ship to New Zealand addresses using NZ Post courier or regular NZ Post. You have 3 choices at checkout, [expect a few additional days for rural delivery].

1.  $5.00 NZ standard post to mailbox or PO Box  [delivery estimate is between 3 - 7 working days depending on your location] for orders up to 10 cards.

2.  $6.50 courier to your door or preferred delivery spot  [delivery estimate is next working day for North Island, up to 3 days for South Island].

3.  Collection from the studio by arrangement.

Free delivery on all orders over $100.00.  Depending on the size of the package we will determine which mail category suits best and you will be notified before the package is sent. 

your order:

• Once you have placed your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. If you haven’t received the email, please check your spam folder first and then contact us on the form below so we can look into your order.
• If you see the product item is out of stock, please contact us if you wish to go on the wait list. 
• All products are packaged with cardboard protection and waterproof bag. 

studio collection:

• By special arrangement you may order online and pick up from a private collection area at the studio in Herne Bay.  Contact us on the form below to request a pick up and you will receive a discount code to deduct the shipping cost when you make your purchase at checkout.  Small orders will generally be ready the following day.           

shipping time:

• We appreciate the importance and convenience of getting your order delivered to you as soon as possible. We endeavour to ship your purchase within 1-3  business days of your order being placed. 
• Once items have been posted or with the courier, a tracking link will be auto generated and you will receive an email with your tracking information.
• Most parcels sent by NZ post are estimated to arrive within 3-5 business days. Rural deliveries may take an additional 1-2 days. 
• Orders over the Xmas and New Year's period & public holidays: please allow for additional processing time during periods with higher order volumes.  We will advise if we expect any delay. 
• colour shared is not in control, or responsible for any shipping delays or transit issues which may occur once the consignment is in the hands of the carrier.
• From time to time there may be delays due to our product being made by hand, filling larger orders.  Notification will be added to the shop website.

delivery:

• Please ensure that your courier has a secure and dry place to leave your parcel.  With a non-signature service, the recipient acknowledges that parcel leave authority has been provided to the carrier. 
• In the event of a redirect back to the sender (colour shared) due to failed delivery at no fault of the sender, additional shipping costs required for the return to the receiver (you) will be charged to the receiver. 
• Any refunds issued in association with such redirections will be made less any freight fees.
• Please be aware that neither colour shared nor the carrier can provide refunds or replacements for shipments that have been lost, damaged or stolen after being successfully delivered to your property. We are only insured up to the point of delivery.
• In the unlikely event that the product is damaged during delivery, or is delivered incorrectly, please email us: info@colourshared.co.nz with photos, within 3 days of receiving the product. We will check the situation and respond with an exchange. 
• If your package is missing, please first double check around the property. If not  found, please contact us on the form below, and we will try to track the item.  You can speed up this process by contacting NZ Post directly at https://www.nzpost.co.nz/contact-support/assistance/parcels, and provide your tracking number and other information requested.
