Refund policy


  • We advise customers to choose products carefully.  If you would like any advice on product choice please reach out to info@colourshared.co.nz  prior to purchasing.
  • We do not accept exchanges or refunds for:  sale items, gifted items, used product that has been written on or items damaged by the customer.  Colour Shared reserves the right to refuse such returns, and they will be returned to you.
  • If you have a change of mind after placing an order, please contact us within 1 business day and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  If the order has already been sent you will not be eligible for a refund. 

REFUNDS:

  • Refunds are offered if an item is faulty and cannot be replaced. 
  • If the product is faulty, please send us a photo and we will arrange for a replacement.  If it is out of stock we will happily offer a full refund to the original payment method, unless you prefer a store credit. 
  • If the product has been damaged in transit, please take photos at your earliest inspection and notify us as soon as you are able within 3 working days of delivery.  We will contact NZ Post to resolve any claims. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
